To choose to create the installer and install audio-video system or home theater room
Here are some questions you asked, is a Home Theater Company, talking, are on
First, take the time to interview some designers and installers before choosing a home theater work. How can you talk to them, should be carefully and take notes while listening to respond. Be sure to discover its two hours … or suffer the consequences of discovering later.
1) Now, this is important: They have a state of "completelow voltage license to do the job … or have the wiring and installation of home theater room without the license was correct?. (You'd be surprised how many say Installers Electricians and warnings that are not certified. Remember, an unrestricted power is not authorized to install low voltage wiring. It is not the same as an unrestricted low voltage. The same applies for a license theft … This is a "limited" low titeronly be alarmed!), do not settle for anything less than that of State for "unlimited" low voltage work is licensed.
2) Let's talk about insurance. What insurance do bear? What happens when they fall $ 5,000 plasma TV Sony?) If you are with the general liability insurance for all their employees … and workers comp insurance '? (Many companies use that can not be licensed or sub-contractors) to require proof of current insurance in s.Interview process! Many companies, low prices to win your business, now you know how! Is the risk worth saving a few bucks for you?
3) they offer a list of references to check? Or it may be asked over and over again? Do not settle for both mobile products. Friends and family may present as false references. You'd be surprised how many customers are proud to offer new theater room, everything you need to do, just ask!
4) They have aCheck website for yourself, your company, look at certificates, samples of work they do, and a place to learn about the theater at home?
5) What about financing? If special financing is available, such as 6 months as cash, for example? Or they want all the money in advance?
6) will be able to install some equipment that you bought yourself? Or have only the equipment they provide?
7) Are you a "Do it Yourself" kind of person? IfWorking with her for the job in part as a pre-wired theater room only? Or you can hang the plasma and build your own surround sound system?
If there are small jobs? For example, will provide an LCD hanging above the fireplace, or optimize your existing 7.1-channel surround sound system?
9) will offer a free consultation on the website home theater … or it will show you for the privilege of them, what they do, right? Do not be surprised ifthey require a $ 100.00 or more to give them the opportunity to earn your business.
10) Do you have a home theater showroom and you come and play with all the latest home theater systems themselves? Bring your favorite action movies, view your favorite sound effects to listen to the various surround sound systems they have on site? Bring your favorite CDs and listen to the songs and compare them with several packages, so speakersfeel the difference?
11) While you're there you feel comfortable talking with the sales consultant or feel more pressure than you have in mind to spend? The presentation was informative and useful, or was it a thinly veiled sales field?
12) Beware of sleazy sales tactics. Are willing to work within your budget … or you are pushing more than you feel comfortable going out with?
One way to find out is, when revising their references. Do not be afraidask the sales process and the pressure of sales. If he did not like, you will be sure to tell you!
It takes time to get answers to these questions in advance?
But certainly, yes.
But in the end you will agree that the time spent worthwhile.

| Review by Christine Grundy (Quincy, MA) 2010-07-06 I recently purchased this product (Sony CFD-S350) and Sony CFDS01. The 350 is slightly better sound and feel of the buttons above the S01. However, it is not as good as my old Sony ZS-D55. Since I am spoiled by using vintage equipment, these controls are an aspect somewhat cheap (it is an inexpensive item, the...
